In the iOS version of MT4, you can easily switch language settings.
How to Change Language Settings
1.Select "Settings" from the bottom menu
2.Choose "Interface" from the menu that appears.
From the list of available languages, select the one you want to use. A message will prompt you to restart the app. After restarting, the language change will be complete.
