The Market Watch in MT4 is comprised of the following two tabs:
This tab displays prices and other details for each symbol. In MT4, you can display charts for the symbols shown here, as well as open new charts and change the displayed symbol from this tab.

Displays a tick chart for the selected symbol, useful when you want to observe the most recent minute price movements.

Symbols can be added or removed from the Market Watch as needed. Removing unnecessary symbols can also help reduce the load on your PC, so adjust accordingly.
Right-click in the Market Watch, select 'Symbols' from the menu.

In the 'Symbols List' dialog, select the symbol you wish to display or hide, and then click the 'Show' or 'Hide' button, or double-click the symbol name to toggle its visibility. The state of visibility is indicated by the dollar sign icon next to the symbol name: yellow means 'shown', gray means 'hidden'.

Right-click on the symbol you wish to hide, select 'Hide' from the menu that appears. Also, choosing 'Show All' from the right-click menu will display all available symbols, and 'Hide All' will hide all except those in use on charts.

You can display various items in the Market Watch 'Currency Pair' tab, such as bid, ask, high/low, spread, and last update time. To adjust, right-click in the Market Watch and check the items you want to display.

By dragging and dropping the symbol names up or down in the Market Watch, you can change the order in which they are displayed.
