How to Change the Time Frame

There are several ways to change the time frame. Here, we introduce three typical methods.

① Change from the Toolbar

Click the desired time frame (such as M1 or H1) on the MT4 toolbar to switch.

② Right-click on the Chart

Right-click on the chart, select "Time Frame Settings" from the menu that appears, and choose the desired time frame to switch.

③ Change from the Menu

Select the desired time frame from "Time Frame Settings" under the "Chart" menu in MT4 to switch.

If the Time Frame Is Not Shown on the Toolbar

If the time frame is not shown on the toolbar, right-click on the toolbar and enable the "Periodicity" toolbar to display it.
