How to Modify or Cancel Pending Orders on MT5 (iOS)

On MT5 (MetaTrader 5), you can modify the price, stop loss, and take profit of pending orders (such as limit and stop orders) that have not yet been filled at any time, or cancel them. This article explains how to modify and cancel pending orders on the iOS version (iPhone/iPad) of MT5.

Modifying Pending Orders

You can modify a pending order from either the "Trade" screen or the "Chart" screen.

From the "Trade" Screen

①Tap the order you want to modify on the "Trade" screen.
②Select "Modify" from the menu.

③Enter the new details in fields such as "Stop Loss" and "Take Profit".
④Tap the "Modify" button to complete the modification.

From the "Chart" Screen

①Tap the price line on the chart.
②Tap the icon.

③Edit the order details, then tap the "Modify" button to complete.

Cancelling Pending Orders

You can also cancel a pending order from either the "Trade" screen or the "Chart" screen.

From the "Trade" Screen

①Tap the order you want to cancel on the "Trade" screen.
②Select "Delete" from the menu; when the confirmation screen appears, tap "Delete" to complete.

From the "Chart" Screen

①Tap the price line on the chart.
②Slide the "Delete Order" arrow to the right to cancel the order.
