How to Modify or Cancel Pending Orders on MT5 (iOS)

On MT5 (MetaTrader 5), you can modify items such as the price and expiration of a limit or stop pending order. You can also cancel a limit or stop pending order outright.
This article explains in detail how to modify or cancel limit/stop pending orders on MT5 for iOS (iPhone/iPad).

There are two main methods:
Method 1: Modify or cancel from the "Trade" screen
Method 2: Modify or cancel from the "Chart" screen

Method 1: Modify or Cancel from the "Trade" Screen

Modifying from the Trade screen

① On the "Trade" screen, tap the order you want to modify.
② Select "Modify" from the menu.

③ Enter your changes in fields such as "Stop Loss" and "Take Profit".
④ Tap the "Modify" button to complete the change to the pending order.

Tap the "Delete" button on the right to quickly delete the order.

Cancelling from the Trade screen

① On the "Trade" screen, tap the order you want to cancel.
② Select "Delete" from the menu. A confirmation window appears; tap "Delete" to finish.

Method 2: Modify or Cancel from the "Chart" Screen

Modifying from the Chart screen

① Tap the price line on the chart.
② Drag the price line.
③ Tap the arrow button on the right.

You will be taken to the order modification screen again. Check or adjust the settings here, and once confirmed, tap the "Modify" button to complete the change.
Tap the "Delete" button on the right to quickly delete the order.

Cancelling from the Chart screen

① Tap the price line on the chart.
② Tap "Delete" on the left.

③ Tap "Delete" to cancel the order.
