How to Fix No Chart Display but Symbol Name Shows on MT5 (Mac)

Reason Why Only the Symbol Name Appears on the Chart Screen

If only the symbol name is displayed on the chart screen in MT5, it means there is no data for the symbol specified on the chart.

This mainly occurs after switching trading accounts, when the symbol specified on the chart does not exist in the newly selected account.

To resolve this, reconfigure the symbol on the chart.

Hover over the symbol name displayed in the Market Watch, then drag and drop the symbol name onto the chart.

Once the reconfiguration is complete, the chart will be displayed.
