How to Troubleshoot MT5 Login Issues
MT5 login is successful when a green antenna icon is displayed at the bottom right of the MT5 screen. If a red "no entry" icon is shown, the login has failed.
If you cannot log in, please try the following steps, which may resolve the issue:
-
Check your login credentials
-
Verify account validity
-
Confirm MT5 version
-
Check network environment
1. Confirm Your Login Credentials (Login ID, Password, Server Name)
The most common reason for login failure is incorrect login information.
For real accounts, please refer to the login details sent via email at the time of account creation (Subject: [Important] Titan FX: MT5 Account Login Information).
For demo accounts, please recheck the login details displayed when the demo account was created.

Confirming Your Password
Here are examples of characters that are often mistaken. Please ensure there are no errors.
We recommend using copy & paste to avoid typing mistakes.
・Number “1”, uppercase letter “I”, lowercase letter “l”
・Number “0”, uppercase letter “O”, lowercase letter “o”
・Number “2”, uppercase letter “Z”, lowercase letter “z”
・Number “6”, lowercase letter “b”
Resetting Your Password (For Real Accounts)
If you have forgotten the password for your real account, you can reset it in the Client Cabinet.
Follow the steps below to reset your password:
① Log in to the Client Cabinet.
② On the Home screen, click the “Account Details” button for the account you want to change the password for.

③ On the next screen, click “Change MT5 Password” at the bottom right.

③ Click “Reset MT5 Password” in the pop-up.
④ Enter your desired password in both the “New Password” and “Confirm New Password” fields, then click “Change”.

Confirming the Server
The server selection is another common mistake. Please check your login information to ensure the correct server is selected.
If the server name does not appear in the dropdown list during login, try the following steps:
① From the top-left of the MT5 screen, click “File” > “Open an Account”.
② In the input field at the top of the dialog that appears, type “titan” and click the “Find your company” button.
When “Titan FX Limited” appears, click “Cancel”.
③ After completing the above, you will be able to select other servers on the login screen.
2. Verify Account Validity
Check if Your Account Has Been Deactivated
Titan FX live accounts that have not been logged into for 90 days and have no positions, pending orders, or balance will be automatically deactivated.
Deactivated accounts will not appear in the trading account list on the dashboard of the Client Cabinet.
Deactivated accounts cannot be reactivated. Please open a new account by clicking the “Open Additional Account” button in the Client Cabinet.
Free demo accounts expire 30 days after the last login.
Expired demo accounts cannot be reactivated. Please open a new demo account on MT4.
Confirm the Account Is for MT5
Only MT5 accounts can be used to log in to MT5. MT4 accounts cannot be used, so please confirm your account type in the Client Cabinet or other sources.
3. Confirm the MT5 Version
You may not be able to log in if you are trying to use an MT5 version from another provider. Please make sure to log in using the MT5 downloaded from Titan FX.
4. Check Your Network Environment
If there is an issue with your network environment, you will not be able to log in to MT5.
Network issues may be caused by problems on your internet connection or system issues on Titan FX's side.
Please check whether you can access the internet (such as browsing websites) normally. If there seems to be no issue, please contact our support team.
We will inform you about the current system status.
