This article explains how traders residing in Malaysia can complete the Titan FX identity verification process. Typically, the verification process is completed as quickly as 30 minutes, and no later than one business day.
Open your browser and visit the Titan FX Client Cabinet.
Titan FX Client CabinetEnter your registered email address and password, then click "LOGIN."
Click on your account holder name in the top right corner, then select "Profile."
Scroll down to the "ID and KYC Information" section, then click "Complete Onboarding" to begin the identity verification process.
Choose a valid identification document that includes a photo and is within the validity period. Ensure the document is clear and legible.
If you need to upload the back side of the document, check the box for "I need to upload the backside of the document."

Once uploaded, click "SUBMIT."
At this point, the "ID and KYC Information" section will display the status "Pending."
Once the verification is complete, you will receive an email notification from Titan FX.
Log in to the client portal again, and the "ID and KYC Information" section will display "Approved."
After completing this process, you can proceed with making deposits.
