How to Use the Palette
The palette allows for the selection of line colors and styles, and can also modify the settings of already drawn lines.
The top row of the palette labeled 'COLOR' (Image①) allows for switching line colors by clicking. The middle left labeled 'RAY' (Image②) toggles the extension of lines in MT5 ('L' for left-side starting point, 'R' for right-side endpoint, with 'ON' extending and 'OFF' not extending). In MT4, 'ON' extends only the right side (endpoint), and 'OFF' does not extend.
The middle right labeled 'BACK' (Image③) sets the line display position behind or in front of the candlesticks ('ON' to display behind, 'OFF' to display in front).
The lower left 'WIDTH' (Image④) adjusts line thickness, and the lower right 'STYLE' (Image⑤) sets the line type.
Note: In MT4 and MT5, selecting any line thickness other than '1' defaults the line type to 'Solid' (solid line).
