In the iOS version of MT5, you can easily switch language settings.
How to Change Language Settings
Select "Settings" from the bottom menu, then choose "Interface" from the menu that appears.
From the list of available languages, select the one you want to use. A message will prompt you to restart the app. After restarting, the language change will be complete.
