How to Set Sound in MT5 (Mac)
In MT5, sounds are played when logging in or executing trades. These sounds can be freely customized in the settings.
How to Change Sounds
Select "Options" from the "Tools" menu.
In the displayed options window, select the "Events" tab. A list of events will appear. Double-click the "Action" column of the event you want to change, select the desired sound from the dropdown menu, and click OK.

Requote | When a requote occurs |
Trailing Stop | When a trailing stop order is triggered |

How to Disable Sounds
To disable all sounds, uncheck the "Enable sound alerts" checkbox and click OK.
To disable individual sounds, ensure the "Enable sound alerts" checkbox is checked, then double-click the event column to toggle between ON and OFF.
A bell icon indicates ON, while a stop sign icon indicates OFF.
Click "OK" to complete the settings.
