To draw objects like lines in MT5 for iOS, tap the icon on the top right of the screen, then tap 'Add Object', and select an object from the list that appears.
You can also tap the object icons displayed below to draw.

For horizontal or vertical lines, tap at the level you want to draw. For trend lines and other objects, tap at the starting point on the chart and drag to the endpoint to draw.

Tapping on an object toggles its selection. When selected, you can drag the circle parts to modify the object.

Long press on an object and select 'Properties' from the menu that appears. In the Properties screen, you can specify extensions, display positions, the charts on which it appears, its color, and style. Tap 'Done' in the top right to apply the settings.

Long press on the object and select 'Delete' from the menu that appears to remove the object.

To delete a line or other object, tap the object icon at the top left of the screen or tap the screen and select 'Objects' from the menu to display the object list.

Swipe left on the object you wish to delete and tap the 'Delete' button that appears to remove it.
