The profit and loss display in the "Trade" tab of MT5's Toolbox can be switched between monetary values and points (with the minimum tick size as 1).
Right-click on the open position within the "Trade" tab of the Toolbox, and from the menu, select "Profit" and then choose either "Monetary" or "Points."
Selecting "As Money" displays the exact profit and loss amount, while "As Points" displays the profit and loss in points.
