Installation and Login Methods for MT4 (Mac)
Downloading the Installation File
MT4 downloadOn the download page, click the 'Download for Mac' button under 'Desktop' for Titan MetaTrader 4 (MT4) to download the installer for the Mac version.
The downloaded file is 'MetaTrader4.pkg.zip'.

Installing MT4
Double-click the downloaded zip file, then double-click the extracted 'MetaTrader 4.pkg' to start the installer.

Follow the installer's on-screen instructions: click 'Continue' on the 'Introduction' screen and work through each step to complete the installation. If a security prompt appears during the process, continue using Touch ID, or by entering your username and administrator password.

Logging into MT4
Once the installation is complete, the MetaQuotes website opens and MT4 starts automatically. You can close the MetaQuotes website if you do not need it.
※ From the second time onwards, you can start MT4 from Launchpad like any other application.
When MT4 opens, the 'Trading Servers' dialog appears. Click "add new broker like 'BrokerName' or address mt.company.com:443", type 'titanFX' into the field, then click 'Scan'.
If you accidentally close this dialog, you can display it again by selecting 'Open an Account' from the 'File' menu in MT4.

Once the scan is complete, the Titan FX servers appear in the list. Select the server given in your login information (TitanFX-01 to TitanFX-06 for live accounts, TitanFX-Demo01 for demo accounts), then click 'Next'.

On the 'Select Account Type' screen, choose the option for an existing trade account, enter your login ID and password, tick the option to save the password, then click 'Finish'.
For subsequent logins, select 'Login to Trade Account' from the 'File' menu in MT4.

Enter your login ID and password in MT4's login dialog, select your server, tick 'Save account information' if you want MT4 to remember the details, then click 'Login'.

If the login is successful, the data transfer volume is displayed at the bottom right of MT4.

If no data transfer volume is shown and a message such as 'No connection' or 'Invalid account' appears at the bottom right, check your internet connection and login information.

Entering Login Information
For Real Accounts
After your live MT4 account is opened, Titan FX sends your login details by email. Enter the login ID (account number), password, and server name exactly as shown in that email. Be sure to select the correct server (for example, TitanFX-01 to TitanFX-06) — choosing the wrong server is the most common reason a login fails.
For Demo Accounts
When you open a demo account, your login ID, password, and server name (usually TitanFX-Demo01) are shown on screen. Make a note of them right away and enter them in the login dialog. If you close the window before saving them, open a new demo account from the 'File' menu and note the new details.
