How to toggle the auto-scroll feature in MT4 (Windows)

The MT4 chart has an auto-scroll feature.

The auto-scroll feature automatically scrolls the chart to display the latest data on the right edge of the chart.

While it’s a convenient feature, it can be obstructive when you want to view past data, so you need to be able to switch it on and off as needed.
