In MT5, you can save the settings of a chart, such as colors and indicators, as a "Chart Template" and apply them to other charts. This guide explains how to use these chart templates.
Prepare the chart with the settings you want to save, then select one of the following methods to start saving the template.
Select "Save Template" under "Charts" > "Templates" in the menu.

Click the "Templates" icon on the toolbar, then select "Save Template" from the displayed menu.
If the icon is not visible, right-click on the toolbar to show it in the settings menu.

Right-click on the chart and select "Save Template" from the "Templates" menu.

Next, a "Save" dialog will appear. Enter a file name and save the template.

To apply a saved chart template to a new chart, use one of the following methods.
Select the template name you want to apply under "Charts" > "Templates" in the menu.

Click the "Templates" icon on the toolbar, then select the template name you want to apply from the displayed menu.

Right-click on the chart and select the template name you want to apply from the "Templates" menu.

To delete a saved chart template, use one of the following methods.
Select the template name you want to delete under "Charts" > "Templates" > "Delete Template" in the menu.

Click the "Template" icon on the toolbar, then select the template name you want to delete under "Delete Template" in the displayed menu.

Right-click on the chart and select the template name you want to delete under "Templates" > "Delete Template" in the menu.

In MT5, you can load templates created on other computers or by others.
Display the "Open" dialog using one of the following methods and select the template file you want to load.
Select "Load Templates" under "Charts" > "Template" in the menu.

Click the "Templates" icon on the toolbar, then select "Load Template" from the displayed menu.

Right-click on the chart and select "Load Templates" from the "Templates" menu.
