There are mainly two ways to change the instrument on a chart:
Drag and drop the desired instrument name from the Market Watch onto the chart, and the instrument will switch.
With the chart selected, press the 'Enter' key on your keyboard.
An input field will appear at the bottom right of the chart; enter the desired instrument name and press 'Enter' again to switch the instrument.
