There are primarily two methods to change the symbol in a chart:
Drag & drop the desired symbol from the Market Watch onto the chart, and the symbol will switch.
With the chart selected, press the 'Enter' key on your keyboard. An input field will appear at the bottom right of the chart; type the desired symbol name and press 'Enter' again to switch the symbol.
