Residents in Japan can apply online and complete the account opening process in as little as a few minutes. There is no need to upload proof of identity or proof of address. As long as you complete SMS verification, you can start funding your account and trading immediately.

Below is a step-by-step illustrated guide to help you complete the Titan FX live account registration process.
The entire process only takes a few minutes and is easy to complete. It consists of four steps:
Step 1: Register Your Account
First, go to the Titan FX official website and click [Open Live Account] to access the registration page.

On the registration page, select your Country of Residence (Japan), enter your email address and login password, then click [Get Started] to proceed to the next step.
Password Requirements:
- ▸ At least 8 characters
- ▸ At least 1 uppercase letter
- ▸ At least 1 lowercase letter
- ▸ At least 1 number
- ▸ At least 1 special character (for example:
~!@#$%^&*)

Step 2: Choose Your Trading Account Settings
After registration, the system will guide you to set up your trading account. Please choose the most suitable options based on your trading needs:

Step 3: Enter Personal Information and Complete SMS Verification
Please enter your name, date of birth, occupation, contact details, and residential address in English. All information must match your identity document exactly (such as your passport) to ensure smooth approval.
After completing your personal information, the system will ask you to complete mobile SMS verification.
Please make sure your phone number is correct, click [Send Verification Code], then enter the 6-digit verification code you receive to complete the verification.
※ If SMS verification is unsuccessful, you may skip this step for now. It will not affect the account opening process.| Item | Details |

Detailed SMS Verification Instructions
Please follow the steps below to complete mobile SMS verification:
- Step 1: Enter a mobile number that can receive SMS messages (include the leading "0", for example: 090XXXXXXXX), then click [Verify Number].
- Step 2: After receiving the SMS, enter the 6-digit verification code, then click [Verify].
- Step 3: When the screen shows "Phone number verified", the verification is complete.
Then check item ⑥ to agree to the terms, and click ⑦ [Create Account] to complete your application.

If you do not receive the verification code, you can click "Resend verification code" to try again, or choose "I can't verify my number" to skip this step temporarily.
After your account is opened, you can also complete mobile verification later in the client portal (member area) without affecting the overall account opening progress.
Step 4: Verify Your Email and Activate Your Trading Account
After completing the previous steps, the page will display the following message: "Thank you for registering with Titan FX. Please verify your email."

The system will then automatically send a verification email to the email address you entered during registration.
Please open your inbox and click the "Verify Now" button in the email to complete the email verification process.
※ If you do not see the verification email, please check your spam folder.

Once the verification is complete, the page will display "Thank you for confirming your email", which means your account has been successfully activated.
At this point, you can click [Log In] to access the Titan FX client portal.

After completing email verification, you will also receive a notification email from Titan FX with the subject:
"Titan FX: Your MT4/MT5 Account is Ready"
This email includes:
- ▸ Login ID (account number)
- ▸ Initial login password (can be changed in the client portal)
- ▸ Server address
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder for the message titled "Titan FX: Your MT4/MT5 Account is Ready".

Frequently Asked Questions and Important Notes
Q1: What should I do if I still cannot log in to the client portal after verifying my email?
If you have already completed email verification but still cannot log in to the Titan FX client portal, it is usually because the personal information you submitted requires additional manual review.
In general, the review is completed within 1 business day (in many cases, within just a few minutes). Once approved, the system will send a confirmation email, and you will then be able to log in normally and start using your trading account.
If your account is still under review, you may see a message similar to the following when logging in:

Q2: What is the difference between successful and unsuccessful SMS verification?
If SMS verification is completed successfully, your account will be activated and you can fund your account, trade, and use all features immediately without uploading proof of identity or proof of address.
If SMS verification is unsuccessful, your account cannot be activated immediately. You can still log in to the Titan FX client portal, but you will not be able to fund your account or trade.
In this case, the system will require you to complete verification (KYC) by uploading proof of identity and proof of address before your account can be activated.

Q3: If I complete SMS verification later in the client portal, do I still need to submit proof of address?
No.
- If you skipped or were unable to complete SMS verification during account opening, you can complete it later after logging in to the Titan FX client portal.
- As long as you successfully complete mobile SMS verification in the client portal, you can fund your account and trade without submitting proof of address.
How to do it:
Log in to the client portal → Click your profile icon in the top-right corner → Select [Profile] → Click the phone number field → Enter your number and click √.

Q4: Are there any restrictions on deposits and trading after completing mobile SMS verification?
Yes. After completing mobile SMS verification and successfully opening a Titan FX account, you can still deposit funds and trade even if you have not yet completed identity verification (KYC).
However, please note the following restrictions:
- ▸ The maximum amount you can deposit and trade is USD 10,000 (or equivalent).
- ▸ If you want to withdraw trading profits, you must first complete identity verification (KYC).
- ▸ If you want to use domestic bank deposit in Japan (JPY bank transfer deposit), you must also complete KYC verification before this deposit method becomes available.
