Please follow the steps below to complete SMS verification:

If you do not receive the verification code, you can click “Resend Verification Code” to try again, or choose “Unable to verify my number” to skip this step.
After the account opening process is complete, you can finish the verification later in the client portal without affecting the overall registration process.
After completing the above steps, the screen will display a message similar to: “Thank you for registering with Titan FX. Please verify your email.”

Next, the system will automatically send a verification email to the email address you registered with.
Please open your inbox and click “Verify Now” to complete the email verification process.

Once verification is complete, the page will display a message such as “Thank you for confirming your email address”, which means your account has been successfully activated.
After waiting a few minutes, you can click [Login] to access the Titan FX client portal.

Once your account review is complete, you will also receive a notification email from Titan FX with the subject line:
“Titan FX: Your MT4/MT5 account is now ready to use”

If you have already completed email verification but still cannot log in to the Titan FX client portal, it may be because your submitted personal information requires additional manual review.
In most cases, manual review is completed within 1 business day. Once approved, the system will send you a confirmation email, and you will then be able to log in normally and start using your trading account.
If your account is still under review, you may see a message similar to the following when trying to log in:

In Malaysia, completing SMS verification means your account is successfully activated, and you can immediately deposit funds, trade, and use all account features without uploading proof of identity or proof of address.
If SMS verification is unsuccessful, your account cannot be activated immediately. You can still log in to the Titan FX client portal, but you will not be able to deposit funds or trade.
In this case, the system will require you to complete verification (KYC) by uploading proof of identity and proof of address before your account can be activated.
