How to Place One-Click Orders, Modify, and Close Positions on the MT5 (iOS) Chart

On MT5 (MetaTrader 5), you can use one-click trading to quickly place orders directly from the chart, and modify orders or close positions on the chart. This article explains how to place one-click orders, modify orders, and close positions from the chart on the iOS version (iPhone/iPad) of MT5.

Placing One-Click Orders on the Chart

On the latest iOS MT5, one-click trading is enabled by default. Tap the icon at the top right of the chart to display the one-click trading panel.
Set the trade volume using the "∨" and "∧" in the center of the panel, then tap "SELL" or "BUY" to place an order at the current market price with a single tap.

Modifying Orders on the Chart

Tap the price line that represents the position level on the chart; the "SL", "TP", and other buttons appear at the bottom of the screen.
Tap "SL" or "TP" to set the stop loss and take profit levels, then tap the arrow button at the bottom right to switch to the order modification screen.

On the order modification screen, check the details and make corrections if needed.
Tap the "Modify" button to send the changes.
You can also tap "Close buy" here to close your open position from this screen.

Closing Positions on the Chart

Tap the price line that represents the position level on the chart; a close button appears at the bottom of the screen.
Slide this button to the right to close the open position.
